What does an AI answering service cost a small business?

Most answering services make you book a call to learn the price. BookedLine AI publishes its prices, its terms, and its limits on the page — and answers the second question owners ask with it: how do I get more Google reviews without breaking the rules?

Short answer: BookedLine AI publishes three flat, month-to-month plans, priced per location: Reviews + Reactivation at $197/mo, Front Desk at $297/mo, and Full Loop at $497/mo. There is no annual contract, the price is locked in writing for 12 months, and cancellation is done by the client in Stripe. A performance option — $0 upfront, then a per-showed-appointment price set in the audit — exists only with the shared booking log, a monthly floor after the pilot month, and weekly itemised Stripe billing with a 3-day dispute window.

The three plans, in full

PlanWhat it includesPrice
Reviews + ReactivationCompliant review page with the Google link shown for every rating, review asks sent inside the job’s text thread, a unique tracking link per customer, and reactivation messages to past customers on a cadence set for the trade.$197/mo per location
Front DeskSpeed-to-lead answering across chat, SMS, email, and WhatsApp, plus booking and missed-call text-back. Usage is included up to a fair-use cap stated in writing in the setup sheet before launch, with an alert at 80% of the cap.$297/mo per location
Full LoopEverything in Front Desk, plus the AI Voice Receptionist and Reviews + Reactivation — the full lead-to-review loop as one system.$497/mo per location
Performance option$0 upfront, then a per-appointment price set from the client’s numbers in the audit — charged only for appointments that show. Requires the shared, auditable booking log, a monthly floor after the pilot month, and weekly itemised Stripe billing with a 3-day dispute window.Priced in the audit

Terms: month-to-month, 12-month price lock in writing, cancel in Stripe. Pilot guarantee: the pilot carries a delivery guarantee — the agreed setup and response-time specification is met, or the pilot is not charged. It is not an anytime, any-reason refund. Payment links are sent by email only after written scope is agreed, which is why no checkout link appears on this page.

How a home-service business gets more Google reviews — the compliant way

The method matters as much as the volume. A review flow that filters unhappy customers away from Google is gating, and it is prohibited.

Ask every customer, the same way

The Reviews + Reactivation Agent asks every customer for honest feedback after the job, inside the same text thread as the job conversation, with a unique tracking link per customer.

The Google link shows for every rating

There is no rating filter and no gating. A customer who rates low is offered a chance for the owner to make it right — and still sees the Google review link with equal prominence.

No incentives, ever

Reviews are never bought, incentivised, or scripted. The flow follows Google and FTC rules as designed, and the wording is approved by the owner before launch.

Reactivation brings past customers back

The same agent re-contacts past customers who have not been heard from since their last job, on a cadence set for the trade, with consent checks and an opt-out in every message.

What this page does not claim: a number of reviews, a rating, or a result. BookedLine AI is a new service with no client reviews of its own yet — its G2 and Capterra profiles, when created, will carry zero reviews until real clients leave real ones.

Before you compare prices, check the fence

Are there setup fees or per-minute charges?

The published plans above are the prices. Front Desk usage is included to the fair-use cap written into the setup sheet before launch, with an 80%-usage alert — no surprise overage bills.

How does cancellation work?

Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel in Stripe at any time; the price is locked in writing for 12 months while the plan runs.

What does the monthly report show?

Bookings, response times, and reviews, built from the shared booking log. Any estimated revenue figure uses an average ticket the client supplies and approves, and is labeled as an estimate.

What happens to my data if I leave?

The booking log and customer data are the client’s. On exit the client gets a data export; details are never shared or sold, and a data-processing agreement is available on request.
